ORDERING ONLINE

Our online ordering process is the same as most other online stores. If you are unfamiliar with this then follow the directions below.

1. Use the navigation menu on the left of the screen, click on a category such as MENSWEAR.
2. If that category has sub sections the navigation will open, select an option to view the products.
3. Click >VIEW DETAILS or the picture of a product, a larger image and detailed description will be returned.
4. If appropriate, select the size and colour you require then click >ADD TO BASKET.
5. At this point you can repeat the process for any further products you wish to add to your basket.
6. Click >VIEW BASKET next to the product or BASKET at the top right of the screen at any time to view and amend your order.
7. When you are ready to purchase click the >PAYMENT button in your basket and follow the step-by-step process.

ORDER BY POST

1. Calculate your order, remember to add delivery cost.
2. Make out your cheque payable to Ben Moon Ltd (except North America, see below) and write your cheque guarantee card number, guaranteed amount and expiry date on the back of the cheque (not applicable to N. America).
3. Send your order and cheque to:

4. Don't forget to include your delivery address and please supply us with a contact telephone number and email, in case there is a problem with your order.
